Title: Extension to external number

Hi All,

Well we've had our 3300 ICP with 5312 phones installed and I've been left in charge of setting it up!!!  I'm sure this is easy to do, but does anyone know how to set up and extension number to ring an external number?  For example, dialling 207 will call a specific external number?

do you want it to ring the external number straight away or will it ring a station internally first and then an external number?

go to system speedcall assignment, add the speedcall number 207 and the actual number will be 9+external number. set overides toll controll to yes and select s/c as the type. Click save and test it.
