Title: Restrict Internal Calls
Post by: Big_Blue on November 25, 2014, 03:16:25 PM
I know this sounds weird, but I am trying to figure out how to restrict an extension from dialing internally and make it so it can only call outside. We are leasing out a couple of offices in our building and I want to isolate these two numbers from being able to call other extensions on our network.

It's a bit of work but you can do it in two ways:
1) set up the phone in its' own tenant and restrict it from the other tenants.
2) Set up interconnect restriction so that it can only call the devices/trunks you want it to connect to.

Is there any way to override the interconnect restriction using feature access code or account code any other options.
