I just want to know if i can setup Teleworker feature with the setup have. I have Mitel 3300, Mitel Border Gateway(MBG) which is connected to ITSP.
Do We need any teleworker server along with the setup i have or MBG can act as teleworker server?
Please find the network topology in the attached image.

You will need the teleworker blade and teleworker licences. MGB will be server and use teleworker blade.
-
Thanks. I appritiate for your quick response.

I have 3 Teleworker licenses in MBG. The MBG i am using is installed on virtual machine. I could not understand what MBG blade is? i that an external hardware required? If so, how can proceed with Virtual MBG?

The Teleworker blade x-man is referring to is the actual MBG/Teleworker software within the MSL (either virtual or physical).
If within your vMBG, you see Mitel Border Gateway or MiVoice Border Gateway listed within the left-hand navigation, then you're good.

Looks like my MBG has the ability to configure the teleworkers. It has "Mivoice Border Gateway in Left navigation and 3 teleworker licenses as shown in figure.
I have explored each and every every tab in MBG to configure Teleworkers. I really could not figureout how we can configure teleworker using MBG and Mitel 3300.
Please navigate me if possible or if you have any documents which explains teleworker configuration please send me.
Thanks

It looks like the MBG server itself is setup.
You would just need to program a phone to use the external ip address of the MBG server, by holding the 7 key down as the phone boots. Then you'd just have to take the phone offsite.

Ok. As you said i have pressed 7 while the phone is rebooting and got the teleworker menu. I see it is asking for teleworker gateway. Do i need to give the MBG WAN IP Address or a public IP Address in MBG WAN IP address subnet?
In mitel 3300 the same phone was already configured and working fine. To make this as teleworker phone, do i need to make any other configuration changes in 3300?

I am sorry for asking lot of questions on this.
I have added the Remote phone in MBG Services > Minet devices.(This same phone was already configured in Mitel 3300)
I have given the teleworker gateway IP in phone as MBG WAN IP Address.
Below is the phone configuration:
PHONE IP ADDRESS: 0.0.0.0
DEFAULT GATEWAY IP: 0.0.0.0
SUBNET MASK: 0.0.0.0
ICP IP ADDRESS: MBG WAN IP Address
TFTP SVR IP ADDRESS: MBG WAN IP Address
IPA IP ADDRESS: Mitel 3300 IP Address
DNS1 IP ADDRESS: 0.0.0.0
The display of the phone say's "Contacting Phone"(Looks like the phonw is not able to communicate to MBG WAN)
Please correct me if i am wrong.

We figured out the Teleworker configuration. It is actually an issue on networking.
