Title: Trunk keys not lighting when in use
Post by: Stlrs83 on November 19, 2014, 08:28:08 AM: I have one phone 5320 where the trunk keys will not light and show in use when someone else is on it. They light fine when go off hook on the phone. All other phones are fine.

Post by: dwayneg on November 19, 2014, 09:49:51 AM: User has not accidentally invoked ALTERNATE KEY MAP (feature code 399), has he? That would cause it to not use the expected key map.

Post by: DND ON on November 19, 2014, 10:49:02 AM: There are no LEDs on the first 3 buttons on a 5320. I usually assign them as page, pick up or queue - something that doesn't need a status lamp.
