Title: music on hold volume issue

i have a customer with a musac brand device and they say the volume keeps going up and down. i have a music on hold player that i put out there this weekend to see if it happened and they say it did. in going to go to site and test for my self. any ideas. i think it started happening after we upgraded from 5 to 6.0.10.75...

Markdevoll,

Haven't heard of that one, but you could take them to the latest version of 6.0.11.98 [6.0 SP2 PR3] and see if that fixes it.
