Hello
Our customer would like an announcement to be made after 7 rings, something like the below
(start) 7 rings - thank you for calling, our lines are busier than usual, we should be with your shortly, (back to start)
Could someone give me a top level overview of how i may be able to do this, i know we can setup a VM Information Mailbox but im not sure how to get it back to the start.
Many thanks
Francis

We have a customer that does this. Basic gist is calls to main number ring a multicall. After no answer, reroutes to an ACD that plays the RAD you want. At this point, they also use an Interflow Dialing List to offer a "We're busy, you can hold to be answered or dial 1 to leave a message" option. Ultimately interflows back to the multicall to ring again.
