Title: 5340 IP phones rebooting on their own

I have 3 Mitel 5340's that keep rebooting themselves. They are connected to a 3300 through a PoE switch. They work just fine. mostly at night but it is happening like 4 - 5 times a week. The rest of the Phones don't seem to be doing this. Any ideas?

Do they go through a count down sequence?

If yes,  disable spanning tree on the network ports they're connected to.
