Title: Show the calling ID and name

How I make any extension in the 3300 when make an outside call  they can see his name and his company number.

Don't think you can do the name bit (I'm UK) but if you want to display his DID number rather than the main number of the company then you need to use either associated directory number with CPN type or use the full CPN Subsitution forms if you have a lot of numbers to do. CPN is quick and easy for one user if you software level supports it. Both require the digits delivered by your supplier entered to work.

We have an MxeIII running 6.0 SP2.  When I make an external call, my name and number is displayed.

Do you have these enabled on the IP set's COS?

Display ANI/ISDN Calling Number Only: Yes
Display Dialed Digits during Outgoing Calls: Yes
Display DNIs/Called Number Before Digit Modification: Yes
Non-Prime Public Network Identity: Yes
