Hi ,
I have a problem with ACD user ,each time he make an internal calls he see only his number and not the name , I review the data in the users and devices and his name is exist but when I review the data in ACD agent ID I found only the extension number with out the name but I can't put the name as this is protected filed and in the telephone directory the extension number with the name exist .
can any one support in this

In the Telephone Directory, Add the number of the ACD user and the name of the user.
