Title: Cant dial Phantom from Auto attendant application? "number entered is not valid"
Post by: Shelley Alonso on November 11, 2014, 11:47:39 AM
Hi, I am relatively new to the Mitel Attendant Console.

I have a request to create an extension that forwards to a cell phone.  There will be no physical VOIP phone for the requested extension.

So, I set up a phantom extension.  And assigned a user to the phantom extension.  I think I have everything set up correctly, but when I call our main line, Press "1" to dial by extension, enter my phantom extension number, I get an error that "the number entered is not valid".

thanks!
Shelley

Create an Extension ID in the Voice Processor.
