I had one phone that was not going to voicemail at all. I added a forwarding path to the voicemail. Now outside callers will get a voicemail after a certain number of rings. But, internal callers get a continuous ring. I thought adding the forwarding path would fix this problem for all calls. Is there a different setting for internal calls?

Within the assigned forwarding path, you need to set IC calls to route to voicemail as well.

I didn't know it was that easy. Thank you. That fixed the issue
