Title: UC360 collab point with mitel 5000, keypad not working in call

If I use my UC360 to call an outside number, i reach a number that I have to press numbers to proceed (example, press 2 for tech support) the UC360 will not work.  There is the option to open the keypad screen, but I can press the numbers all I want and it wont recognize them.

Any idea's?

Unclejemima,

Verify what the DTMF is set for, it should be RFC 2833 I believe. Also what version is the software at. I have noticed "odd" behavior on systems below 2.1 before.

You are correct.  We changed the codec to RFC2833 and problem solved!
