Title: Transferring to voicemail

We have a DID call that goes to a name tag hunt group which rings on an operator console, she then wants to transfer the call to a users extension and have the call go into the users mailbox, however they are getting a message "thank you for your call if you have touch tone phone enter the extension number" presumably because it is trying to go into the mailbox for the hunt group. How do i get this to go into the users mailbox?

I think the only way to resolve that is to remove it as a Name Tag Hunt Group.   Perhaps just make it a regular HG.
