Title: CoS option 102 & 202

I am working on a Hotel that requires that a 2nd phone show the alarms when 911 is dialed. I am wondering what is the difference between CoS option 102 & 202 what do they do? Do I use both? Or do I use one or the other? any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is on a SX200 and they have a superset 430 in place to be the 2nd phone.
