We are nearing the end of or OCS integratiion with our Mitel 3300 and have one bug that we cannot iron out. When we place a call from our "OCS Testuser" using the microsoft office communicator client to another user internally, the calling-parties display name appears correctly on the called-parties office communicator client, but on their Mitel desk phone the E.164 format is displayed. Any guidence would be greatly appreciated.

After working many hours on this, it turns out not to be a Mitel issue. Microsoft released a patch to fix this, this is the MS artile on it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972721/. I had the patch installed, but the key to making this work is the XML file that is referrenced in the article.
