Title: Dynamic Extention Destinations Becoming Inactive

We use UCA with SIP soft phones but the destinations in DEE keep going to Active - No.

Is there any reason for this or has anyone seen this before?

The 5000 is running v6.0 and UCA is also V6.

IPInstaller,

Well OAI Applications and UC Advanced are allowed to change that flag to turn those devices Off and On as needed when directing calls through DEE. So in your case they most likely have a managed setting that is changing the Active flag to No and not one that turns it back Yes.
