Title: Disable Change of Ring Tone Volume

I have a Mitel 5000 and we are using Mitel 5312 IP handsets. On the handset you can adjust the ring volume tone so it's almost silent by using the down arrow key. I would like to disable this functionality on phones for users in our call center, is this possible?

That is a personal option and cannot be removed without modifying the phones internals. There are options using online monitor, but those can still be changed by the user.
