Any Help is appreciated :-\
Currently we have 1800# that points to a local 863# then if no one answers, it rolls over to a cell phone.
Where on the phone system can I go to change the cell phone number to a different one?

Odds are pretty good that you'll find it in the system speed call assignment form.
Look for the current cell number in that form and you can change it there.
