I am able to see the ACD agents on LCD view screen but do not see the call waiting/longest time/number of calls on the screen on LCD View. Anyone knows how to turn this on please?

depending on what excatly you are after, you could do it with eirther Marquees or Interactive Visual Queue

i(can see anything on itearctive visual queue , Do you know what I have to set to see my queue?
