Title: Dialing from Call History - what works and what doesn't
Post by: akuhn on October 17, 2014, 08:54:53 AM
I have noticed that calling out from the Call History section of UCA is inconsistent.  I think I see the pattern.  I am running version 6.0.220.0 on Win 7 x64

If I double click on Missed Calls (red handset) it works.

If I double click on Received Calls (blue handset) it works.

If I double click on Dialed Calls (green handset) UCA throws up an error saying it was unable to dial 5555551212 or whatever number you had.

Anyone know if this is fixable?

If you enable edit dial string popup inder configuration call notification, you see why this occurs. The dialed numbers don't get the value from the server

Thanks.  I see what you mean.  The ones that work have an "8" in them.  the ones that don't do not have an "8" in them.

I think this is a flaw, might open a ticket with Mitel
