I have a 5320 phone. Our provider went down at this branch for about an hour today. When they came back up, only 1 phone has a screen msg:
POTS IS BUSY
Calls come in but they can't call out. Is this a phone issue, a POTS issue??? If POTS, why only 1 phone?
Any help is much appreciated

It seems as though you may have either lost some ports on the CO Trunk Group labelled POTS or the lines are down on those ports.
If you can get into the system and set the Toll Restriction on for Allow ARS Only within that trunk group and then have someone on that site dial the extension for each trunk, which you will find under trunks in that CO Trunk Group. This will tell you which ones are having problems and then we can determine the next trouble shooting step from there.

The Assoc Extension / Outgoing Number was incorrect.
Can't explain how or why, but it's fixed now.
