Title: Can I tie a session ID to a phone?

I'm trying to read through the 5000 logs and I"m seeing a bunch of "dead socket response for session 'xxx'; error code='xxx'"

Is there some way I can tie the session number to a phone?

What logs are you referring to and why are you looking at them; are you having a problem or are you just trying to learn more about the 5000?

These are the live logs available through programming.

This relates to my other post about our 5000's crashing randomly

Cholzhauer,

You would need access to the OAI stream to determine that, that is if it were a phone which I am not convinced it is. Look up the error code and see what it says it is for, use the help (?) button to determine that through system alarms.
