Hi There,
Please can you tell me how the number of numbers is set and how the dial delay is set before ringing out.
We have a few longer numbers that we have catered for but the timeout delay is too long before it dials the shorter number, how to reduce this delay?
Many thanks
Stuart

You can always press the "#" button to speed this up when dialing.
But to answer your question, it's in the COS of the dialing phone.
Look at the interdigit timer. (I believe that's the name of it.)

Many thanks Ralph, this sounds to be in the right area there is also a related Dialing Conflict Timer value to check.
But where to i check these values? On the 3300 Web interface, which section - Or on the handset?
Kind regards
Stuart

It's found in programing under "Class of Service".

Are these all PSTN numbers?
If so, I would suggest fixing your ARS to accommodate them. By fixing, I mean more detailed.
