Title: Failed Installation of SAP Crystal Reports for Database Programming

Anyone,

I ran into this problem this morning and have not had anytime to figure out a solution and the ones I did find on the SAP site did not fix it. Here is the error I am getting during the Crystal Reports portion of the Installation.

Error 1904 - Module C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects

Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP Business Objects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_86\crtslv.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147010895. Contact your support personnel.

If anyone has run into this and found a solution then I would be very interested in what you did to fix it.

P.S. This was on a 32-Bit Windows 7 Machine

Having same issue with a Win10 x64. Any fix?

Eggert95,

We had actually installed the software on a Windows 10 machine and that fixed the problem we were having.

I never found a solution for it on Windows 7 and when it just worked on Windows 10 there was no reason to continue trying to solve the problem.
