Title: Mitel 5212 IP Phone

Dear All,

i have a problem with Mitel 5212 Ip phone.

the phone display is lighting up but no display on it and the phone is not registering on the controller.

Please advise?

If you plug the phone in and you get nothing on the display at all, then I would believe you have a defective phone.

I would agree, probably a bad set. Not an uncommon problem on the 52xx series.

Could simply be the patch lead....had quite a few fail on me.
