3300 MXe 2-Clustered Rel 4.2 / 10.2.0.26_2 EMB-VM 6-SX200 10-ASU PRIs
Users are telling me, they call someone with a VM and it doesn't answer. Call back later and the VM does answer. I found the following solution in an old post. But I cannot find where these timers are. Can someone point me to the spot I'm missing please?
Any help is very appreciate.

Default value for second alternative time is under system options

I pushed the timer up 2 seconds, we'll see if that works for us as well.
Any idea where the 1st Alt timer is ?

In the Class of Service form.

Joust to clarify a bit, the first alternative is in the COS and is called Call Forward No Answer timer, the 2nd alternative timer is under Sys. Options and is called Call Rerouting Timer.
