Title: CSM Intelligent Router - Back to Agent Routing

Hello.

We run a v5 CSM and want to implement back to agent routing whereby the system recognises that a CLI has called in previously and will route the call to the same agent, if available.

Can anyone suggest a way of setting this up in Intelligent Router?
