I have taken over a Mitel sx200 and ever since we had a power outage, there is one user who's voicemail, when she is on the line and receives another call, says being transferred to administrator. I've deleted and re-created her mailbox and haven't heard anything for 3 weeks, until today. My knowledge is limited with this system. Any suggestions?

If it only happens on busy and not on no-answer, check the rerouting and forwarding on the phone to make sure they're both set for the same destination, sounds like that may not be the case.
