I am no longer able to open the DB Programming application on my pc.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but the same error keeps coming up - any suggestion on how to fix?
"The database engine could not be opened. Reinstall Mitel System Administration & Diagnostics. If this problem persists, contact Tech Support."

Got it! Finally.
I had to repair the MS Access database engine 2010 program.
