Title: MiCollab Nupoint and Mivoice Office

Hello

Just bought the Micollab Demo Kit to have a play about with, I'm trying to get Nupoint setup first to act as the VM for our 5000.

Does anyone have an idiots guide they have created??

I'm not getting very far!

sorry have nothing to add except i installed one years ago which promptly got ripped out in favour of the onboard 5000 voicemail.
I just get told what to do :)

I seem to remember the MAS/Nupoint docs had the install/prog guides in. Do you have access to those?

Hi Mark

I've read all the docs I can find, it seems very heavily 3300 based, there's about three or four pages about 5000 integration.

If I call the Nupoint VM it comes up with Call Cannot be Completed on the phone, when I look at the SIP logs I can see a message back from the Nupoint IP with cause 600 Busy Everywhere.

So I'm sort of nearly there, just need to get the Nupoint to Answer and route!

yeh it does seem that way.
The NuPoint online help seems to have some info on creating lines groups etc, have you looked in there?

I have an admin guide and an engineering guide for UCA  
I will search and see what else I have as I have been tearing the internet apart for info on our 3300 ICP !!!

thanks for the offer but I have the latest engineering guides, admin guides etc.

I was sort of hoping someone had ran into this issue before me and had written a 5000/Office idiots guide!
