Title: Mitel TAPI Integration

Hi there

Could anyone give me a little information on where I can find a TAPI driver for my Mitel 3300 box that I can install on Windows 7/2008 R2?

Our company uses a CRM web-based software with a huge database of customer telephone numbers and we would like to enable click-to-call functionality with our 5312 IP Phones.

The CRM software supports all client-side TAPI drivers.

Any help is much appreciated!

The 3300 doesn't have a direct TAPI driver anymore I believe. You'd need to use UCA to take advantage of that.

I found a brilliant third-party driver called ECSTA by ESTOS which i've integrated with our CRM.

Best part is that it's free!

I couldn't find anywhere to get a free version of UCA without loads of hassle.

Xarios phone integrator is a good product for tapi drivers on pc's.
