Hi, I am new to Mitel as the application was already in place when I joined my new postion. What I would like to do within Flexible Reporting is have a custom report created that details analsyst stats, and more importantly have a column for each of our Make Set Busy codes totalling thier duration. I know there is a standard report that details this in Row format, but that is not of use to me.
Also why can't I choose all the fields for my reports? I create a standard analsyt report with start and finish time, and then with thier ACD stats, but can't add anything about specific make set busy durations, just a total count of usage?
Doesn't seem too flexible to me! ;D
