Title: UCA Console

Does anyone have a QRG or user guide to the UCA console? I can't seem to find one anywhere.

I have a site that when the console tries to xfer to VM it thinks it is the user calling to check the mailbox and asks for a passcode instead of playing a greeting. I just want to make sure they are doing it correctly.

Newer version of client fixed it. I am having to upgrade the entire site to MAS 6 and MCD 7.1 to resolve other issues too.

I've got older versions out there that had the same issue, but haven't been upgraded. Go into UC Server Configuration/Enterprise/Voice mail server:
Using 3300 Embedded VM - Leave field blank
NuPoint VM - Populate with NuPoint IP

The Nupoint IP has been in that field the entire time.

Hmmm, maybe that just worked for the specific UCA/3300 versions at my example site. Glad your upgrade fixed ya.
