in auto-attendant, voicemail won't alternate when dialing 8, it cuts off with fast re-order tone, please help, thx

Can you give us a little more detail than that? How is call coming in, what VM system, what is "8" supposed to do, and (assuming your using the embedded VM) how is mailbox 8 setup?
