Title: Unable to add an extension

Hello everyone!!
Yesterday encounter a situation:
Mitel 6.0 new digital extension all the way, I can not add!!

SYS Logs: DBASRV: write_view_tuple error occurred but not reported for view 191.

This moment can only delete the extension could not be added!
But 2H then returned to normal!!
Will someone come across the same problem?

In maintenance commands do a "DBMS check full" to see if you get errors there.
You may have a corrupted database.
