Title: 5610 handsets with quiet ring

We have just installed an HX Controller on V6 with 8 x 5610. The customer says they cannot hear the 5610s ringing and have turned the ringer up to maximum.

Does anyone know if this can be increased further?

99% sure it can't.

Looked into it when we installed 20 ish of them into retail locations.
