Post by: jmarx33 on August 01, 2014, 08:37:10 AM
I have a question on the 3300, I'm new to the system as I worked on the mitel 5000 for years nowing how to setup PRI's and ARS. Does some one have a cheat sheet for a new b how to setup one up from the beging.

Thank you.

I'm sorry you didn't get any replies yet, but the most likely reason is that the 3300 pretty much has to be programmed from scratch. There really is no "cheat sheet", but I'll let someone else chime in on this. I believe Ralph can lead you in the right direction as well.

The help menu will provide quite a bit of info. If you have very little need for call restriction, it should be easy to setup routes. At the minimum set up some restriction to either no access or local so you can apply it to voicemail ports
