Hello,
Our organization just changed its name and I would like to modify the auto-attendant audio slightly.
The current recording says something like the following: "Welcome to ABC, the headquarters location of The XYZ Corporation." I would like to edit the audio to just cut out "the headquarters location of The XYZ Corporation" part and leave "Welcome to ABC."
How can I download the audio files from NuPoint and edit the audio? I would prefer to do it this way since the person who recorded the original audio is not available. I really don't want to re-record every audio clip on the auto-attendant...
Thanks!

If you're using Call Director call flows, I never found a way to download an existing voice prompt.
Tried one time to find voice files in a Nupoint backup. I was not able to edit them since they look like to be encoded in an non standard codec.
In those cases, I use record-a-call.
Maybe someone else has a better solution!?
