Will the UC360 Conference unit work on v5.0 with a sip CAT F license?

Yes, it works on version 5.0 with a SIP license. Keep in mind that in programming the phone is SIP and you need to setup the phone with a max calls being 4 since that is all the phone can handle at one time. Download the guide on edocs and it will walk you through the entire thing.

A lot of ours has come with version 1 software too.  Upgrade it straight away as we have found a lot of problems.  Really easy to upgrade.  Upgrade using Micro SD or a http server.  Cannot upgrade from version 1 via USB.

Thanks TE.  The UC 360 Brochure says v5.1 Spk 4 is required.  Just like MiContact office says v6.0 is required...Obviously they are pushing customers to upgrade their software.

5.1 is required for all the features to be supported, but as a SIP phone it will work on 5.0. I wouldn't sell it as a fully functional conference unit, but only as a fancy SIP phone that can only handle 3 calls at one time.
