Title: Mitel Recording Solution

Hi All,

I am new to Mitel World.

We have Mitel 3300 System.

we require the recording of 16 IP extensions servicing the Booking contact centre on Mitel IP3300 switch.

We have purchased Secure Recording Connector (SRC)  licenses.

No does any one know cheap or free open source solution to implement recording solution.

There are no free solutions that I am aware of, certainly no "open-source" solutions as the interface isn't "open".

I'm sure somewhere in the depths of MOL is a list of call recording vendors, or your dealer may be able to help. Or call Mitel. They have over a dozen CR vendors, if I recall correctly, so someone must have a pretty low cost solution. It depends on what kinds of features you are looking for as well.
