Title: mitel directory

Hello :

I have a dect system manged by mitel 3300 . ı  created an external directory for contacts . When ı tried to call the dect phones  from external saved contact in directory ı could not see the name of the caller on dect phones

Note : dect phones some of them mitel and there are other vendors . all the base stations are mitel .

Are they in the Telephone Directory? If not, input and test.

I am talking about the centeral phonebook because ı want to add the new contacts from mitel 3300  then the dect phones will sync with new contacts . ı see that we can import the phonebook file from mitel 3300 to mitel base station manager and then we can sync with dect .
