Title: SMDR Internal calls
Post by: MrNitch on July 16, 2014, 04:03:30 PM
Is it possible to get the SMDR to spew out internal calls from one endpoint to another on the same node.

Thank you
Kenny

No, the 5000 does not generate SMDR for internal only calls.

Even with Call/Contact Center Suite?

I honestly don't know if you can get reports like that from CCS, I currently don't have any customers using it.

The OP asked about SMDR showing internal calls, that is not an option... If CCS can get the information and generate reports based on the OAI information for internal calls, honestly I don't know that.

Callview / CSM / Whatever it's called now will do Int to Int reporting.

The built in stuff won't.

Customer Service Manager alias Contact Center Suite can track internal and network calls, but you have to turn it on for each device in the CSM DB Admin screen.  Off by default to reduce records db size.
