Title: Zero out to To leave a message while in queue

I'm a certified MCD tech but its been forever since I had to work on one. Have a gov't customer wanting to add an option while in queue to leave a message instead of continuing to wait. Whats the best way to set that up?

Look the 'ACD Path Interflow Dialing Lists' form

You can set a dial out of queue using this on a ACD paths.
