I haven't worked on the 200 in a while so be gentle.
Can I make calls ring to a 5540 and an ONS device at the same time?
Are LS trunks counted as devices for licensing purposes? I have a AX running 5.0 with a 24 port ONS and two 12 + 4 combo cards. When I try to program the three LS trunks on the combo cards I get "Device count exceeded."
EDIT: I just deleted an ONS device and was able to add a LS trunk, so that seems to answer question two.

You already found the "device" answer, it includes pretty much any physical connection to the system.
I have been working the the SX-200 since the days of Generic 1001 on a single 5-1/4" floppy, there is no way to get an ONS port and the console working at the same time, however you can get the console and a Night Bell to ring at the same time to alert others so they can TAFAS the call.
