How is your MBG setup?  Gateway or Server mode?
Is the network that your phone is on in the local networks of the server?

I know this is old, but looking at the documentation to use it as a gateway it appear it can only be configured in a server mode using DMZ or Edge deployment. Out Mitel vendor is having the same issue right now trying to deploy it on the LAN.
