Is this software compatible with an Inter-Tel 5000 2.x?  Thanks.

Specs in brochure say compatible with 5000 CP 1.0 and better.  You probably didn't get any responses because none of us knew what MiContact Center Office was (yet another re-branding by Mitel marketing).  It's really Customer Service Manager, which was a re-branding of Contact Center Suite which was a re-branding of Call Center Suite.

Mitel's latest brochure for the MiContact Office says v6.0 is required on MiVoice Office for it to work.  Probably just a scare tactic to upgrade.

The brochure I saw said 1.0...course it also said it runs on Linux!!!  Double-checked the Technicians Handbook, which SHOULD be right, and it says 4.0+.  So I guess that should be trustworthy (maybe).  Not a big deal to upgrade the 5000, and you'll get lots of new features too.
Also remember that you need to enable optional feature licenses System OAI Events and Third Party Call Control.
