Title: Mid Call Feature

Has anybody had luck getting the Mid Call Features to work properly? I have tested, but am only getting Option 1 (Re-Access Holding Call) and Option 3 (Conference). I would love to be able to transfer calls.

I tested when it first came out and everything worked for me. I have not re-tested for several new software releases.

Thanks, 619Tech. Currently we are on version 6.0.9.69. Had a tech in training back in early May testing with 6.0.10 and it was working correctly for the class. Will upgrade our system to 6.0.10 to see if that works.
