You would have to download it from MOL. Are you running MCD 7 already?

yes,i download mivoice 7.0 from MOL and running mivoice 7.0,but i don't see software Mivoice business console on MOL,can you help me.

According to the MCD 7 release notes it is yet to be released, but is scheduled for this month, so I would say it isn't far off now.

Does the system have a licence for a business console or just a 5550 that you need to convert? It would have been a very quick order if it has the business console as that was only available from a couple of weeks ago.

i see license MiVoice Business Console Active Operators Available for Allocation on my system is 20.i running 5550ip console 4.2.2.15 for mivoice 7.0 but i want use  feature MiVoice Business Console,What should I do?

As martyn says it is not released yet. What do you do? Wait for it to be released i guess.
