Title: UCA missing templates on install

Any one had this before.
None of the templates get installed, In a meeting, in the office, ETC

Have a funny feeling they can be copied form other users.....copy some files maybe.

any thoughts?

All working if you add them manually

I have seen that if they don't do the setup wizard, or if the version doesn't have the setup wizard anymore.

Thank you for the quick reply but i'm not sure i follow.... can you explain in a little more detail please.

When a user installs the UCA client, there is a setup wizard that runs, that creates the various profiles. If they cancel that wizard, or it doesn't run for some reason, then those profiles won't be automatically created.

I have also seen certain versions of UCA not run the wizard anymore as well.
