Hi Guys,

We have recently moved from a 3300 to a Mitel 5000 system...

We used to use TimPlus to display our call stats on the 3300, I'm trying connect this to our new 5000 system using port 4000 but it isn't connecting.

Does anyone know which port I should be using or if there is a different setting I need to use.

Never heard of TimPlus, how were you connecting to 3300, via MiTai or SMDR? If you are trying pull info from the 5000 (OAI, SMDR, MSG Print) and you cannot connect: check 5000CP/System/Sockets, make sure what you want is Enabled with no Password.
